One of the most sure fire ways to piss me off (even if I don't actually voice my ire) is to not listen to me.  I'm not usually the most talkative person in the world, so if I am actually saying something, I consider it common courtesy to actually listen.  And if you ask me the answer to something or engage me in conversation, I am expecting that
