Has anyone ever bought anything from cafepress.com?

I really want to get this, but it seems sort of dodgy to me since each person is responsible for their own little store (I think). So there is no guarantee of quality, I guess

i had somebody make me something through cafepress and she had no worries. i now have a cool tshirt that says "everybody needs to be more like kase" on the front.
