My epiphany for the day:

Playing bebop is like playing checkers.

My life just got a lot easier.

I left my cellphone in my roommates car and can't communicate with anyone this weekend. I feel isolated, but it's kind of liberating. I always feel that way without my cellphone.

Riding the elevators at Manzy are like ascending through various levels of hell-- the further up you go, the worse things get. I live on the tenth floor, which impresses alot of people. They call the fifteenth floor "the penthouse." I've never been there, but I'm pretty sure that's where Satan lives. People who live on the fifteenth floor are given ( Read more... )

I have, from time to time-- if not often-- been accused of holding the opinion that my own opinions are superior to those of others. To put it plainly, I have been called arrogant.
