And then, because I was baby-ing the toe on the right foot, I twisted my left ankle. In my great wisdom I then decided it would be fine for me to play three rounds of DDR. On a real machine. Which means much hard jumping and stomping. Suffice it to say, my ankle was SORE yesterday. I have brace-age today, though, and it seems to be doing fine. Oh

if it hurts stop! but when its just achey, give it a try but follow up with icing it so it doesn't revert and swell (trust me on that).
DDR is stoopid anyways;there are much more productive ways to bide your time :P/:D!
