Hello friend!
I love writing for exchanges, and I'm so excited to do so again.
Let’s talk about things I like and dislike, generally.
Love: Getting together stories. Tropes, especially for comedy fandoms (think roadtrips, broken elevators, anything that requires characters to spend time together). Ensemble fic, even more than shippy stuff (with an exception or two). Related, but found families are my thing, and most fandoms I read reflect that love. Spy AUs: a total bulletproof fandom kink. Banter. Flirting. Friends setting up friends. Hijinx.
Loathe: Baby/pregnancy fic, or spending much time with canon children. Major OCs- I nominate fandoms because I want to spend time with the characters I love. Kinky fic, since I’m extraordinarily picky about kink!fic. Soulmates. Religion. Fluff. Incest. Rape. Character-bashing. Gross-out humor. Miracles.
Additional details: I’m fine with sexytimes, as long as it’s not PWP. Or fading to black is totally cool too. Action scenes make my eyes glaze over. I’m a big fan of dialogue and things happening over introspection. And I’m not big on alternative POVs on canon scenes.

For these four shows, I'd love to see a blind date (or a double date, or whatever). Go wild, but here's some ideas to get you started: Mindy/Schmidt, Mindy/Jake, Danny/Amy (B99), Amy (Veep)/Nick. Or have some wing-person adventures in the bar: Peter and Schmidt, Jess and Mindy, Cece and Rosa, Danny and Dan.
The only thing I'd ask is that you don't break up any canon major pairings (bf/gf of the weeks are completely fine to ignore, but respect the spouses/long-term love interests) or have anyone be cheating. If you want to set up Nick from New Girl, make it be set from a time on the show when he's single.

Who doesn't love politics? All of these fandoms are about politics, in one way or another, so either a fusion, with characters versed in the politics of one fandom thrown into another, or a crossover, with fractions from different fandoms going against each other (modern day Lannisters running against Selina's party? The Capitol at war with Westeros? The Hunger Games in Night Vale?) would be awesome. I'd also love to see GoT characters in the Hunger Games or Selina running for office in Night Vale.

I'd love to see some of these funny shows put in a more sinister universe. Make Apt 4D the new Avengers! How would the 99 solve crimes in Night Vale? Could Mindy win the Hunger Games? How would the characters of Veep do in Westeros? Pretty much any bit of the funny people stuck in unfunny situations would make me happy.
General crossovering thoughts
The requests above are just requests, and basically anything will be awesome, so feel free to write the fic of your heart. Any of the requested fandoms would work mixed with another. I'm down for either a true crossover (character from X and character from Y meet up because...) or a fusion (characters from one fandom end up in the universe of another).
Also, I'm not requesting it, but pretty much any fandom set in Hogwarts would be fun (I'm not super deep into the mythos but boarding school shenanigans are always great) (also, this doesn't work in the reverse- I don't want to read about Harry and Ron in NYC). Or a Greek/Roman myth, or a fairy tale would be a fun backdrop for anything too. Write what you want and I'm sure it'll be fun.
FYI: I've only watched Game of Thrones and generally am unspoiled from the books. Include little in-jokes if you enjoy writing them, but I won't get the references so don't lean too heavily on them, and don't flat-out spoil anything, please.
