I'm trying not to get overly optimistic about the election at this point... maybe it's just because no election in my adult life has been anything resembling "democratic" or expressing "the will of the people," but I can't trust it. It's terribly convenient that the Republicans forget these facts. A fake registration isn't a real person, so there isn't anyone to perpetuate the fraud in the first place. It's nigh-impossible in states where you have to present ID to vote as well. These people bash ACORN's independent voter registration, and yet also opposed the Motor Voter bill that would have automatically registered millions of people when they got their licenses. What a morally bankrupt collection of charlatans.
