Looking out the window can be incredibly deceiving -- especially during the winter. My mini bout of insomnia continues. What a vicious cycle.....when I don't sleep I tend to get irritated and anxious with tiny things that wouldn't normally bother me but when I am focus on getting sleep, I can't relax enough to actually fall asleep.
