getting back on track

I decided a few weeks ago that I needed to get back on track with my weight loss. Since I've been back home from the wedding I've gained back quite a bit of weight. I need to stop it before it gets out of control and I gain it all back. Luckily it seems to have come back in places no one notices... so I don't look that much heavier than I was!!! :- ( Read more... )

You can do it!
Over the yars (aha makes me sound well old) I've reaslised that 'sticking' to it can be the hardest or the easiest thing. For me it's not always where I am but the way I'm feeling.
SOMEHOW and I have no idea how, I came back from Canada/US the lighest I've ever been, what's that about? Then I gained another chunk over summer (when had healthy food and exercise on tap!) and then lost some, gained some, gained some more. With the crap weather I think I've been far to easy on myself this summer, had it been sunny and hot every day I'd have probably been (okay whilst complaing about the heat) much tougher on myself.
Such if life.

you can do it hun! I have the same problem at the moment I have gained some back too and I am trying to work hard to get back to the way I was.
