'Tis very simple my friend! When you go to make a post, you'll have a bunch of options at the bottom. What your mood is, what your music is, etc. There's a part that says 'security' and from that you select 'friends'. And that post is only viewable to those who are your Ljfriends! You have to remember to do this with each post, though.
