~also laughing hysterically~

I hope it gets fixed soon -- no, scratch that, I hope you sell the condo so very quickly that it's off the market before the illiterate who did it can rectify the spelling. :-)

*shakes fists at illiterate realtor or realtor's assistant*

If it makes you feel any better - and I'm pretty sure it doesn't - I would not be deterred from checking out your place because of typos, especially not if the above picture is posted with the ad. My DH and I have begun our house search (alas, not in Canada ;-D), and I've been much more interested in the price, pictures, and place (okay, location, but I couldn't resist the alliteration!) than in the writing quality of the ad. And some of the ads I've seen contain very poor writing, even worse than mine! ;-D

Good luck selling your place! I hope someone snatches it up quickly. You never know ... maybe you will get a Star Wars fan who really likes the cedar wood in cadar wook! ;-D

I do that kind of thing all the time. The left hand types when it's supposed to be the right, and vice versa. To say nothing of when you hit two keys at once and they both register of catch a key in the row above...

I'd be more mysitfied by the 'cadar' myself. But having just typed tha instead of the, I probably ought to simply avert my eyes and ignore it.
