For those about to rock..
I have jury duty. I've got to report tomorrow. I'll be submitting a request to be made exempt since, being self-employed and having a new potential client that will require my presence, it basically puts me out of business (and income) for not just the time spent on the jury but for the time afterward since I wouldn't be able to get new clients ( Read more... ) -

House Republicans just handed Obama the election. This makes me happy like knowing your insurance will buy you a new house after a group of arsonists torched your old one. That is to say I am not happy.
