when was the last time you had your thyroid levels checked? they may need to adjust your dosage. i know that if i don't take my pills regularly, i wanna eat like a pig! so have your dosage checked, and then why not try weight watchers? they are so supportive and the plans are pretty simple to follow! it only costs 40 a month, and once you hit your goal and stay at it for 6 weeks, your membership is free! i liked it, but it was a bit more than i could afford after getting my hours cut at work. i've been thinking of going back, now that i have a better more secure job.
My first dose was like .05 mg. I took that for 8+ weeks and went to get retested. My numbers were normal. But I told my doctor I thought I needed to up the dose anyway. He said that I was normal, but on the low side of normal so we could up the dose. So, now I'm taking .088 mg. I've been on it for about a month.
Since I was diagnosed, I have only ever missed one pill, so I'm not forgetting.
Weight Watchers is just too expensive for me. I have other, more important things, that I have to spend that money on. Unfortunately.
If you're able to find a pilates DVD to follow you might consider picking that up. It's always helped my sister lose weight and the last baby she had really stretched out her stomach. When my other sister was home in May she made our older sister go to Pilates with her [she used Pilates to lose a lot of weight fast before her wedding] and since May you can already notice how well it's working. If you have the DVD you can work out whenever you have the free time.
