Went back to work yesterday. Oh what fun...lol...I am pretty much getting paid for nothing right now. The auto parts business is kind of on the slow side. But oh well. It's gonna be weird this week. Well I started my diet yesterday. Hope all goes well. You do it 3 days and then off of it 4 but if your not careful you'll gain what you lose right back. Jamie was on it last week and he lost 7 pounds by like Friday and he started that MOnday. So...hopefully it will work. It would help if I started walking again.
