I want to perfect Legilimency. I thought about it and while I have secrets I want kept, I want to learn the thoughts and secrets of others more. I can always work on Occlumency on my own, can't I? It isn't as though anyone apart from you is going to try to pry.

We can always work on Occlumency together, though as a rule, mastery is only capable in one. Many are capable in both though once they have mastered one.

And no, as far as I can tell, your father is not.
