My father, who is partners and good friends with one of the writers, has received word that the movie is going really well. SPOILER----> While people are saying that the whole SPEW thing is not included in the movie, I assure you that it is! They don't mention it too much but it does show Hermione making her spew badges and making Harry and Ron buy them. The Dark Mark scene is supposed to be a really big scene from what my father has told me. He also said that they have finished filming the Pensieve scene. They also have included Karkaroff always following Snape to talk to him about the Mark on his arm. The scene with the egg is not as it is in the book. Harry doesn't really stress over it too much, but he does get help from Cedric. Another thing is that when the gillyweed is stolen from Snapes office by Dobby, Harry is not a suspect under Snape's eye. The scene with Harry going back to his dorm from figuring out the egg clue is cut out so we don't see his foot get stuck in the stairs, instead Moody justs asks Harry for the Map.<---
