I sick of everyone using everything to make Bush look like Satan. Why dont you petition the Governor of Alaska, or Congress, or some conservation group, Bush isnt the only one in charge people *rolls eyes* I want to save wolves too but after Katrina and all Im so sick of hearing Bush blamed for everything...

Ever since before the first season of this started, letters, emails, calls and faxes were being (and still are being) sent to Governor Frank Murkowski and for over a year he has been ignoring the pleas. Not to long ago, the decision was made to go over his head and get the President involved, hints why this petition is directly to him.

My comment was made due to the fact that statistically speaking, Bush as set us back 25 years environmentally, and for all the drilling he is planning to allow in Alaska will save us all of 1 cent by the year 2025 (this fact is directly from a Department of Energy report) and that can not be overlooked. One disaster does not mean we can turn blind eyes and allow another.

Pointing fingers is not the point of this post. Saving wolves is.

Heart breaking. Such a pointless waste of life. I cannot fathom the mind of those hunters and how they justify taking the lives they take.
