Bettie Page has died.
She was the original hawtness. Forget Betty Grable, or Mae West, or Marilyn Monroe; none of them held a candle to her. No other woman of her era ever made black-and-white look so good.

You know what irked me, though? When she was admitted into the hospital, WCCO ran a story about her being gravely ill. The "undated file photo" they used of her wasn't her. It was Gretchen Mol starring as Bettie Page in "The Notorious Bettie Paige".
Now I personally think Gretchen Moll is a gorgeous lady. Nevertheless, she is no Bettie Paige, and never will be.
Come on, WCCO, get your facts straight! Bugger!
