You made it back home safe. Good to be home again?

I did make it home safe and mostly sound - about 5 hours in the flight, I got a near-migraine. I say near-migraine because I was really sick to my stomach but didn't actually throw up so it wasn't to the point of migraine status. Apparently I looked really green - all the flight attendants in my section kept coming over every time I raised my head to make sure I was okay and to ask if there was anything they could do to help me feel better. My co-worker beside me even said he was afraid he was going to have to ask to move because he expected me to be sick all over the place at any moment. The last 4.5 hours on the plane were the longest, but I tried to sleep/keep my eyes closed for most of it and by the time we landed, my co-worker said my color looked better. That wasn't fun

I'm still here, Candi, I'm not going anywhere and I am still as dedicated an N3 fan as ever. Sure, life happens (it's bitten me on the bum several times recently), and those best-laid plans that those mice and men keep leaving around all over the place seem to go off at tangents at the drop of a hat. (I just mixed my metaphors. I have the 'flu - that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it...)

As I always say, you don't need to explain anything to us, hun. Great to hear that you're carrying on with DBOnline and Save Colby, and you can count on my support for both!

Hope you enjoyed Germany (I was out there as a kid when my Dad was stationed there with the British Army) - amazing country! :)

*squish. I know I don't have to explain anything but since the concern had been raised about communities closing and being reduced, I thought I'd let folks know we're not going anywhere. My Colby muse has even been talking to me lately - not about much but little nuggets here and there. It's more than I've heard in a while.

I just have to get over my jetlag and I should be right as rain. LOL. And yes, Germany was an amazing country! I had such a lovely time there. It was a shock to come back to English speaking and writing everywhere. haha. :)

I am definitely in the mood to watch Numb3rs and the muse has been kicking back in even without it. I'm working on drabbles again. I hope by the end of this weekend I actually POST something. It's been 1.5 years since I shared any fic. Wow.
