[Castiel isn't discreet in his arrival. The lights might flicker and pop, and when he appears before her, he might even be glowing a little, the shadows of his wings projected onto the wall/ceiling behind him. He's dressed in the formal garb of his time, but Lucifer's Sword is sheathed. Ruby might not have to run just yet.]

[Ruby looks up when the lights start flickering. She only knows one other being here that can do that besides her so she's not surprised when Castiel shows up. She is afraid, not that she'd show it to Castiel...or anyone. She's learned to cover her fear with bravado because in Hell, showing fear gets you a lot more torture. She brushes away the woman finishing up her toes and stands up]

[The only reaction to the light smart-ass is Castiel's head tilting a little. He's slightly surprised that Ruby hadn't backed away or cowered at least a little. He was expecting her bravado to drop immediately.]
