maybe because PLDT customer-care support are actaully employed outside the company itself - that's why PLDT has call center agents to bear the burden for them.

Yeah.

But then the agents aren't trained well.

and i believe PLDT pays the lowest wage to call center agencies.

premiere telecommunications company cant even give like i said, a decent internet connection.

yes. i don't even know if the agents know the service they're actually selling here. that's why PLDT service is always beyond lower than crap.
