Yeah, so my computer is semi-fixed now. Chris and I toyed around with it earlier, and couldn't figure out what was wrong, but Dad and I found it. That thing with the RAM loading at the beginning was the problem afterall, Chris. The system was only using 40MB of RAM out of 256. The RAM was, in a word, screwy.
