Silk/alpaca? That sounds delightfully squishy. And it looks like something my sweetheart would love.

$25.

You are the winner at $25.00 + shipping. I'll be back later with payment info -- turns out I'm more than a little unclear as to how savemia plans to handle payments.

Also, *icon love*

In my auctions, I directed people to put the donation through at the donation button at the top of the community. I then asked then to fwd me the paypal receipt. Then realizing I was paranoid and such things were easily altered, I emailed Kyth & Jen to confirm that the amounts were received from the proper donor names. :)

In your case, I assume that I would send $25 to savemia & the exact postage (once you figured it out) to your paypal. Does that sound like a plan? :) If so, tell me where to send the shipping paypal & the confirmation email. :)

And I <3 my penguins too, thanks. :)

That's what to do, send the $25 with the donation button and cc me the receipt. Then I'll need your address to get started on getting it to you. You can put it here or use the lj message thing to get it to me.

Yes, there should be a clothing tag; I'm going to donate a custom-made jacket.

Question on Auction Payments mrs_sweetpeach July 3 2011, 17:10:44 UTC
My auction has closed but I don't know what to tell the winner about how to make payment. In other charity auctions I've been involved wit there's usually a paypal button for the auction payment and then the winner sends a copy of the receipt to the seller. I know there's a donation button on the userinfo page for savemia -- do we use that? If so, is there a way to record what item was paid for with that donation?

Hi! If you haven't done so already, you should totes get a Twitter account for this. It's crazy how fast things spread via tweets, and you'd get a lot of attention for your cause. Good luck!

Just noticed this doesn't have an end date - could you add one please? :)

Yes, and I'm about to edit it again to be more clear.
