Lauren, it's ok to cry, and I know that all the memories come back to you, all the pain. I know you think you have to be strong, like you have to be the rock, you are my rock and i thank you for that, but now that i can again stand on my feet it's my turn to be your rock. You know you have the world at your feet and you are going places, don't give up you can't give up, if you give up you let him win.
