Wow, I didn't think that it would have that great of an affect. It is really good though that you want to give your dad another chance at a relationship. Just remember however, I've given my dad loads of chances- and he's screwed everyone of them up. YOU are the one that has to change how you view the situation, and just because your father doesn't change or feel the same way doesn't reflect on your character. It's his problem, not yours.I'm not saying that it won't work out, I just don't want you to get your hopes up and then have them shot down again. It's always a tough situation, but I would strongly encourage viewing the problem from many angles and points-of-view. It has always helped me to get a better understanding of the situation and just be forgiving of my father. Love ya' lots- lauren
