I think instead of "no one will care if I'm heavily medicated", I might have said "it won't matter to anyone whether I'm heavily medicated".

I'm glad you got to the wedding, and obtained enough funds to get so many appointments paid for. I have been distracted by Life etc, and haven't gone through my gift closet yet.
