[This dream hits closer to home than Desmond ever wanted to admit. The other man made the sacrifice he's still not sure he'd be able to make. Even though he knows he will have to eventually. But for now, he'll watch the dream while gritting his teeth, the feeling of fear and sorrow something he knows all too well.
He leaves a long moment before speaking up, letting Steve find his peace]
That was...really courageous of you.
[What the hell is he suppose to say in these situation? 'My condolences for dying?']
[Steve isn't sure he even knows how to respond either. He wasn't happy that his dream was shown to everyone. He was perfectly happy without everyone knowing of all his heroic actions.
But so much for that. When Steve finally does reply, he's no longer in his room, there's a bottle of scotch in the line of sight, and he seems to be drinking a glass of the same thing. Not that it's doing any good.]

[Tohru finds herself catching this particular dream and watching it until the end. Before she realized it, tears were streaming down her face. She never met anyone who had extraordinary courage like what the man shown in the dream. She hiccups, trying her hardest to wipe the tears from her eyes.]
