Exactly. You're pretty good at this! [He flashes the PokeGear a grin for Kay, then lifts his eyes back to looking around the area. Still listening, though!]

[Voice lowered, shhh:] Franziska's gonna say we're being stupid though. No wait: 'Foolish'.

[Instead of a newbie, have a curious Chansey staring at the giant sitting on a scary rock looking rock.]

Chansey chan? [Are you a giant? :| To her eyes, you look very different from the humans she's seen.]

[Rocky is more curious than Snow on this one, though Snow's a little more occupied than usual. Rocky, however, is gonna be impromptu-lowering his bead to Chansey-level and setting it right in front of her, making a curious low 'Rrrr?' noise.]

[Once the rock starts moving it causes Chansey to jump a bit from the surprise. No wonder the rock looked as scary as the human trainer.]

[She looks at the rock in front of her and tilts her head curiously.]

Chaaansey? [Are you a pokemon too? She's never seen a pokemon quite like this before.]

[Rocky's nodding, making a very quiet roar-y noise.

Snow, meanwhile, shakes his head and slides off.] Alright, alright. You make goo-goo eyes at the pink thing, I'll go find Franziska. [And Snow'll be heading off. Rocky, however, seems totally good with that.]

Uh, yep. Beats walking, for sure.

[That was eariler than she expected. She was almost impressed. Franziska makes sure that she has everything that she needs with her before she replies into the Pokegear:]

Finally. I hope you didn't forget to bring her with you.

[She cuts off the transmission before heading out to meet him.]

[At the sight of the giant rock snake, Franziska freezes in her tracks.]

...T-That's the Onix-!?

[She read about that species in the Pokedex the night before, but seeing it up close drove home just how enormous it was. The sheer size of it was intimidating, especially when compared to her own height. And Snow was just sitting on top of that Pokemon like it was nothing...!]

Yep. Rocky's his name. [Rocky's gonna lower his head (and thus Snow) to rest on the ground maybe ten feet from where Franziska's standing. He makes a 'Rrrr?' sound in curious greeting. He's pulling something out of his pocket.]

This is who you wanted to see, though. [Dropping the something (which turns out to be a PokeBall on the ground, and Cubone pops out. Trace passes Cubone-playing rights to Emix.]

[She still looks apprehensive of Rocky, and instinctively takes a minute step back when she sees the Onix head lower itself down. The 'Rrrr' caused her to twitch involuntarily.]
