In my experience, woman who label themselves "bitches" usually are far too emotional and dramatic to actually engage in the business of vengeance effectively.

I wish I could remember who said it, and what the exact quote was, but it goes something like this:

"Being powerful and being a lady have one thing in common: If you have to say you are either, you most likely are neither."

I think the same applies here.

It's like if a person has power, they just go ahead and use it with no fanfare. I LOATHE that for some women, they believe that acting unpleasantly aggressive and bitchy is the way to power.

I think the whole concept these silly women bragging about being bitches is simply another way people make excuses for crass behavior. This is also another example of the sloppy, inprecise way language is used.

Merriam-Webster's on-line defines a bitch as:
1 : the female of the dog or some other carnivorous mammals
2 a : a lewd or immoral woman b : a malicious, spiteful, or overbearing woman -- sometimes used as a generalized term of abuse
3 : something that is extremely difficult, objectionable, or unpleasant

I can't imagine proudly embracing any these qualities. It's one thing to be tough, strong, driven and/or focused on getting what you want; it's quite another to be malicious or difficult. The former is something to be admired the latter can mke you a pariah. I've head too many women mistake the former for the latter.

If you're proud of being a bitch then you are likely uncouth and probably pretty dumb.

It's really bad when they wear t-shirts that say "BITCH" in glitter letters.

LOL, it reminds me of how I usually describe myself as a "mean old lady," and used to tell the kids, "You guys know I'm mean, so I don't know why you'd do that!" because I secretly hate hurting anyone, even when it might very well be deserved.
