A good beating never did anyone harm. Besides Ive learned to sleep on the edge of the bed to stay out of legs reach. Next month is the five mile runs for you. LOL

I give you happy applause for making yourself a schedule and doing your best to stick with it...i myself need to get back on schedule. Though I choose not to get up with the kids...i just stay in my room out of their way while they get ready for school....but now a days i seldom even wake up when they get up. I wake up enough to know they are up and getting ready then i go back to sleep until 9 or 10am. My friend gets up at 6:30am with her kids and stays up all day until 10 or 11pm...shes always asking me to get on a schedule instead of sleeping so much. I do try to go to bed at 10pm but i find myself tossing and turning until around 1am....probably why my back always hurts. Keep on your schedule Nan cuz your my inspiration to get on a good schedule too. Love and hugs to you.
