February. So, I'm missing a few months.

I was trying to find some information about the technology here, and I was told to speak to the mechanics but the problem is I don't actually know who any mechanics are. I was given one name - 'Bulma Briefs' - but whoever can answer my question(s) is fine

Uuh, I live in Latimir and there's electricity over here. And I kinda took a risk and went ahead and plugged my laptop charger in a long time ago and got lucky, so I'd say voltage is about normal for me. But I'm coming from Japan, so who knows, right?

I don't know about a list of empty apartments though, so you'll probably have to do just that.

I wish I could answer any of your questions, but I really don't know anything! Our world doesn't have technology like...this! It's odd getting used to.
