Nakama ( Good Friends )
Ichigo's inner hollow was seperated from his soul by a well-meaning mistake on behalf of Harry Dresden. After several months of learning, Shiro has found he doesn't have to kill, and if he, and Ichigo work together, they are stronger than when they fought one another. A lot has happened since then, and though Shiro is still a hollow, he, and Ichigo might even be something like friends now?
Shirosaki Hichigo
Ichigo's shinigami partner, and friend, Rukia has been a part of his everyday life for so long that he almost takes it as par for the course that she was brought to Promenade, too. She's the calm center of the storm that his life has become, and even when he's at his worst, Rukia is always there to pick him up, dust him off, and give him a swift kick in the ass to get him going again.

One of Ichigo's closer friends in Promenade, Madsen has no qualms with smacking Ichigo around when he's being obstinate. Beyond that, though, they talk, and laugh like siblings, not just fight. Together they started organizing people who wanted to learn to defend themselves into classes, and in general take recruiting/training pretty seriously.

The second of the 'not!sisters' and as Ichigo put it 'Madsen got the zanpakutou, and you got the hollow. Figures'. Granted, Krypta's inner demon really IS a demon, the concept still applies in Ichigo's mind. Even if Krypta does seem to take a lot of pleasure in trolling him. She's changed a lot since her canon update, though. There's a definite strain on the friendship now, despite the genuine care they still have for one another as friends.
Krypta Notte
Lior is definitely one of Ichigo's favorite people in Promenade. She's sweet, but strong willed, and a complete derp. Just like him. Lior also added Ichigo, and Shiro both to her 'Knights' thus making them official protectors. Ichigo gets along alright with the other knights, but tends to go his own way in how he looks out for Lioriley. Since she came back from her cann update, he's been strugglin with not hovering over her anxiously. Shes capable of looking after herself in most ways now, but it doesn't mean Ichigo doesn't worry.

Ace has lectured Ichigo before about alienating his friends, and it took time, but now Ichigo sees the truth of what Ace was trying to tell him. His 'Devil Fruit' powers are also pretty awesome in Ichigo's opinion, and both Ichigo, and Shiro want to get in a fight with Ace at least once. Just to see.
Portgas D. Ace
Stark is sort of the unofficial head of the Resistance, and just through the time both he and Ichigo have been around Promenade, and a variety of shared experiences, Stark has become an ally, and a friend of sorts. Mostly the guy just gets a kick out of trolling Ichigo, but he was there to help Ichigo remember what was important when he thought he had failed completely in protecting the people he cared about. And yes, Ichigo is Chewbacca to Tony's Han Solo despite what Ichigo may say.
Tony Stark
Byakuya is Rukia's adoptive brother, as well as the head of the Kuchiki clan. Generally, Byakuya dislikes Ichigo for his crass nature, but they both at least try to get along, if only for Rukia's sake. Of course, there's a bit more to it than that, since Ichigo does have a lot of grudging respect for Byakuya, and Byakuya some chagrined gratitude to Ichigo for looking after his sister, but it's not as though they'll actuall ADMIT these things to one another.

Sora is another of Lior's Knights, and the little keyblade derp has pretty quickly been taken in as another person that Ichigo thinks needs 'looking after'. He doesn't understand a lot about Sora's world, but he knows the unflagging cheerfulness generally manages to get a smile out of him, too, even if he doesn't mean to.

She's the same age as Ichigo's sisters back home, so she makes him smile.
Kinomoto Sakura
Another on the list, despite the fact that Nepeta is perfectly capable of looking after herself. Her frank curiosity, and questions sometimes lead to human/troll culture clash, but they just laugh it off, and move on.

Despite being another of Lior's Knights, Ichigo can't help thinking of Tavros as a shy, young kid, who's in need to protection from bullying types.

Since her canon update, Xion doesn't really remember Ichigo. But thanks to their previous friendship, Ichigo remembers her. And that's enough for him.

Outside of the incident with throwing cake at Ichigo's head during a party, John seems like a decent enough kid. He's another of Lior's Knights, so Ichigo has been trying to get to know John better.

THE BEE GUY! No seriously, Jack is forever associated with the first time Ichigo got to see that particular plasmid. Now, it's become a thing to want to show the man who shoots bees from his hands to all of Ichigo's friends.

It's hard to get a read on Paru. On the one hand, she's a friend of Lior's, but on the other she tends to be subtly confrontational. The knickname doesn't help matters either.

Being the last Autobot in the city, Ichigo and Ratchet have talked a couple of times. Recently, Ratchet seems more concerned with what Ichigo's doing hanging around Knock Out.

Ichigo, and Alex are too much alike. That's the main problem. The other one is that it seems as though Madsen, and Alex have been hitting it off recently, and it's a big brother thing to growl, and hiss at the guy interested in your sister.

He might not look it, but this is THE Fenrir. The herald of ragnarok. The whole nine yards. Ichigo isn't sure about this guy, since he and Shiro almost BURNT DOWN THE ENTIRE FOREST, but that was only the one time.

They haven't talked very much, but Ichigo, and Aqua defnitely seem to have a lot of the same ideals. She seems like another cool person hanging out with the keyblade folks.

Ichigo...mostly just wants to fight Thor. Just ONE GOOD TIME. Just to see. Other than that, he seems like a nice enough alien?

The stripper who likes pet names, and trolling Ichigo. He has no other idea who this lady is.

Being both a Transformer, and a Decepticon, they definitely do not get along all the time. In fact, their first ever 'face to face' meeting resulted in Ichigo beating the crap out of him. Now, it's a sort of uneasy truce? Maybe even the start of a budding broship....if Knock Out's Decepticon sensibilities will stand for that.

This one is a seriously strange case of anger, and empathy. On one hand, Ichigo wants to help Rinzler, because he knows what it's like to be out of control of yourself, but on the other Rinzler seems to be adamant about his funtion, and how he can't, and won't, change.

The Jurrassic Jackass. Veles might be Lior's mentor, and oldest friend, but Ichigo and this grouchy old dragon DO NOT get along...though they have been known to set aside their differences in order to talk plainly to one another.
