Today I had my corticosteroid shot at the orthopedic doctor, which was a lot less painful than I had expected. I seriously thought that the needle was to be much longer than it was and much thicker around, but was a pretty minuscule needle. They used a numbing agent, and my friend Zoe held my hand, so it really wasn't so bad ( Read more... )
