Lysene is also very good for the immune system... so, with everyone it seems getting sick, I have upped my Vitamin C, Zinc, and Lysene intake

(personally, not a fan of oysters, raw or cooked, but that just means more for you, right? ;] )

Actually, I used to take Lysene, but then read that it could make one _more_ vulnerable to colds and such!

1 g of C is not enough to fend of cold/flu. take 1 g hourly to bowel tolerance.
