Usually I'm stuck with a cold for much longer, but I think my experimental regimen is working. I feel a lot better, so I'm going back into the Linden office today. Still sneezing occasionally, but I can breathe and I have more energy

did you take the 3 gm all at once or over the course of 3-5 hours? and that's all bowel tolerance means is take as much as your bowels will remain firm.

I have an elderberry losenge that I love!
