like how Malik emotions are portrayed and how Altair struggles .

Agreeing with the other commenters! This is a great detailed account of Malik's pain, I really enjoyed it!

I also liked the line about Altair being laid bare, as well as the very last line. I can really feel Malik's pain there as well
