Excel Help

I need a formula that will take a value in a cell and return both a letter and a percent grade into two adjoining cells... I can figure it out, but... I don't wanna.

Ok, so I have point values in one cell, ranging to the nearest tenth, from 0 to 4. The corresponding values are below. I know it takes an IF/THEN/ELSE statement, but I don't have the time or energy to figure out how to do it. The left hand column are the POSSIBLE values, the middle column is the letter grade, the right-hand column is the equivalent percent (no, it's not mathematical... I only use percents because I *HAVE* to give an equivalent)

So, I think I need two cells worth of formula... one to generate the letter grade, and one to generate the percent. Help??
