school ....grrrr...i hate giving presentations...especially by myself in front of a class and for 10 freakin minutes...

Its not knowing the material thats my problem...it's my gigantic fear of speaking publicly....my breathing shortens to the point where i feel like i'm gonna throw up. My mind goes blank, even if the info is right in front of me. I just basically lose it. It's like a panic attack...i would rather run around naked.
