Asako basically considers her cousin the brother she never had. She even calls him "Nao-nii," a nickname from their childhood. She wavers between wanting very badly to tell him the truth and being afraid of being rejected on account of being a freak.
UPDATE: As of Naoya's arrival in the DR, and the revelation that he knew all along, rank up! ...although she also got trolled into the bargain. Siiiiiigh.

Ah, Yuzu. Her fellow tsundere, her fashion consultant, and the one who makes sure everyone's on time. Yuzu is one of the best friends she'll ever have...or would be, if Asa could get past her own trust issues...

Atsuro is her bro. They've got each other's backs, and they tend to play the video games with each other. Atsuro, like Yuzu, is one of the best friends Asako will ever have...well, he would be, if Asa could deal with those pesky trust issues...

These two are similar, but very, very different at the same time. Amane is famed, loved, and deeply religious; Asako is barely known and only acknowledges that spirits exist. They both have powers not of this world. ... But, that's the only similarity they share. Asako cannot see eye-to-eye with the Shomonkai's maiden, and this will not change.

Nao-nii! ... Except not. This Naoya is not Naoya Amakura. He did, however, show that he didn't consider her a freak. He even treated her with sympathy. This caught her off guard. She's willing to trust him, for what it's worth.
