Read the Aug 5th entry.... I finally let it out...horrible...everything became a huge misunderstanding. Next time remember to tell people if they do things that bother you. Oh and..........never think you can beat being bi-polar for very long. On one day everything came crashing down but it's funny to express what exactly happened

I was trying to explain why I was so upset but like I said before it's hard to say in words. I don't mean it like "oh everyone has been talking about you" everyone knows I mean that you have said yourself that you try to hurt people much like I do. Everything else I want to talk about in person because that way it won't be taken the wrong way. I think most of the problem was the fact that I didn't mean things the way you thought I did. I know alot of the things I said sounded really mean but for the most part I just meant that you keep leaving things out. Remember when I asked you in the car "Have I changed" you told me that you don't notice things like that...when you are always the first person to make the comment about how has become different. It has just seemed like you've been felling a certain way about me but you won't tell me. If you have a problem with me tell me not someone else. That is what I am trying to do with you now. I'm not blaming you for every problem we've had in our friendship, it is never just one
