First time buying but I'd come back again if I saw something I liked. Great communication and a really fast shipper. Excellent service all around. It also came about a week sooner than expected and it was wrapped very securely.

I received the Yuuri and Wolfram bearbee plushies today and they were both wrapped and packaged very securely.
They came even sooner than expected and the yes, communications were very good.^-~

I bought some shitajiki, and she responded to messages very quickly and was very patient in waiting for me to reply to the e-mails. Wonderful service, items were packed well and shipped out quickly. I'll definitely have to keep an eye out for other items in the future!
