So when I moved in I somehow got a green stain on my carpet that I forgot about...for a year. Well I am moving out this weekend and I remembered the stain. Freaking out that the carpet might have to be replaced, I searched for ways to remove old stains from the carpet. I tried a few cleaners that really did not work, then I stumbled upon this ( Read more... )

LOL I was thinking that the whole time I was working on this stain. I got MOST of it up, you can still faintly see a little of it, but barely. I am hoping that when they comes through with the steam cleaner after I move, that it will be fine. The way I see it, it was worth the ten bucks I spent on the iron if it saves me the larger sum of the money. If it doesn't, well it was worth the try, I was gonna pay either way.

I bottle of green aloe gel that was packed in a box that I set on the carpet, and it got busted up in the move. Problem was, that box was on the bottom of a pile of boxes and so it was two days before I noticed. All that is left now is a VERY faint yellow that is really hard to see. I am hoping it will slip by.
