I got up late this morning but still got a 3 mile run in in the morning. I crashed into work at dead on 9, and then my computer played up so I was late for my 9am meeting. We lay in bed listening to Harry Potter until the stupidly early hours of the morning last night. Neither of us could really sleep. This morning's run, while 21 degrees, was the best ever! I planned proper stops for every 3 miles, my pace was fast downhill and slightly slower uphill, but hit generally a 10 minute mile, which is what I want in training right now.
