Haha, it's really no different when you only have one (nor is it different if that one is a girl). The one thing that I was diligent about when Arianna was little was changing her clothes if she pooped or spit up on them and getting the stain out right away. This was less of an "OMG SHE CAN'T BE DIRTY EVER!!!" thing and more of a "OMG I WANT TO SELL THESE WHEN SHE OUTGROWS THEM AND PEOPLE DON'T BUY STAINED CLOTHES!!!!" thing. It was also a lot easier to accomplish when she was younger and spent the better part of her day sleeping. ;)
