Slowly but surely the wedding plans are coming together. We've booked a place, decided on flowers, bought a dress, booked the music, decided on a photographer (that's the most expensive thing-ouch!), and are now looking into tuxes...we also had an engagement photo taken, and that should be in the newspaper this weekend-woohoo!

We're so happy for you guys! I'm glad things are coming together nicely. We're all ready to go! :) (I think the photographer was what I was the most shocked about when I was doing mine too... $$$$$$!!)

Yay!! I'm so glad you guys will be coming!:) Yeah, I called around to a zillion ppl for photography..one guy said he didn't work on weekends (WTF?!) and the prices are insane. I tried to get a hold of the photog from my last wedding, and his # is disconnected, and he's not in the phone book anymore (not sure if he retired, or moved away, or what!) We finally came across one that's a decent price (well, on the low end of the scale as far as photographers go anyway)...I hope he'll do a decent job with it. I saw some of his photos from other weddings and they were good. He doesn't do anything to the photos for special effects like softening it, etc...but that's ok. We've got to go for less $, especially since my job is most likely going to be cut to part time next year. *sigh*

Anyway...our engagement pic was in the paper today-exciting!
