Yeah, I'm going to join marching band next fall.

I'm resisting the whole "McElroy ruined band forever" syndrome of many Aliso graduates. I think it has the opportunity to a) be a really cool experience and b) introduce me to a good, tight social circle, no matter how objectively dorky that social circle might be. [;)] Plus, I'll get to play for

sweet! we might actually be roadtripping UP to norcal for a couple away games. it would be awesome to hang out at cal for a day or two, anyway.
