1 week to go

I have 1 more week before I have to go back to the doctor. I have done most of my "homework" for the next visit. I've managed to cut back on smokes, cut back on caffeine, and not eat like there's no tomorrow. Now I just need to get more physically active so I can lose 2 lbs ( Read more... )

Buy a tae bo or pilates dvd. Both are great workouts and you can do them in your room.

Cheapest and easiest workout - walking!

Or take up jogging, the only gear you need is a decent pair of shoes, and people in sports stores can help you with that. Just jog/walk (it's OK to walk if you have to) for 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week.
