la la la la good morning!
i just came back from running.. i think im slacking in this cross country preparing! :( im only up to running like 3-4 miles and i should be up to a steady 4 -5 mile run every day and a 60 min run once in a while, so hmm, gotta work on that.
otherwise, wut else is new.. oh yeah, i had a beach overnighter with the church
