Forgive, forget and apologize?

It's always easier to give people the advive to forgive,forget, and apologize.  But when it comes to myself why can't i take my own advice? Why am i too hard headed to apologize? and why are they just as hard headed? Is it easier to say i'll forgive, to say i'll forgive, or to say i'll apoplogize than actually go
