In fairness Len, I use home brand rice. Walang cuenta sunrice and other leading brands. :) Oh and their salt and vinegar chips aint too bad.

Pagpunta ko jan lagot ka sakin. Hindi ako aalis hangang hindi ka marunong magluto. Hahaha drill sgt ba?!

Good luck with the pavlova. Basta remember the most important tip - pag disaster just dump more fruits and whipped cream on the not so good parts. :D

I have this really good choc cake recipe. So far bumenta sha sa lahat ng nakatry. Super easy. You want? :)

I bought Home Brand Strawberry Jam. Wala lang. We use that at work, OK naman.

Hey thanks for the recipe! Hey the baking tray that I have to use? Should that be the circular one or yung flat lang? Sorry I am kitchen-bobo. Hehe =(

Use the rectangular tray and then shape the pavlova na lang. Don't use a circular pan unless it's one of those spring form tins kasi it'll be a pain in the bum to remove the pav. It'll stick to the sides of the pan.

Good luck! :D

about the tomatoes: If you're not going to use it right away, pick the firm ones. And to keep it fresh while in yout fridge, wrap it in paper.

I've read that wrapping in paper trick. Does it work? =)

Yes, it does but you can't keep it for a very long time.

i'd go for the firm tomatoes.

papatayin ako ni p2, pero adobo is really easy and quite hard to mess up.

Hmmm...I think I did a good job with the tomato-buying. =) Wala pa naman na-s-spoil.
