Your fic is always good.
But I feel a little embarrassed.
Although Yamamoto is so sweet and careful but if I am Gokudera ( a virgin Gokudera), I don't believe in the man who has slept with many men and women.

Hmm, you have a point, but I think Gokudera would trust Yamamoto because of their experiences before sex. I imagine that they've been dating for a while, and Yama is so easy to trust - he would make sure Gokudera knows that he loves him.

You know, Gokudera always says to Dr. Shamal as:"Get off, pervert old man!", "Don't talk to me, you pervert!".With him, dating or love is a serious matter.
He loves Yamamoto but how he believes in Yamamoto. And how Yamamoto makes Gokudera believe in him?

I will try to explain it. This fic is set (in my head) in the context of at least one year of serious relationship between Yama and Goku along with at least 5 years of partnership for the Vongola, so Yamamoto would have plenty of time to earn Gokudera's trust. Furthermore, this would mean that Yamamoto had his ~10 hookups before age 24, and I think 10 is a reasonable number. I imagined several of them to be one-night stands with people as a stress reliever, and also one or two as actual seductions for a mission (to get closer to a target, etc). That leaves about five to seven girlfriends and boyfriends - again, I think this is reasonable. In high school, Gokudera probably would've known the identities of Yamamoto's girlfriends, but Gokudera's couldn't have known that they went that far. After high school, I imagined that Yamamoto kept his relationships short and discreet in order not to interfere with his job. Thus, he never really formed a deep attachment before Gokudera, but he never treated his hook-ups badly

So, I was at home, waiting for some mechanics to show up and I read this and when they rang I opened the door with this ginormous million-watt-grin on my face. I think I was the happiest person at half past 8 in the morning that they've ever seen. Just so you know, the absolute glee that this fic invoked was passed on \o/

Apart from this, it was gorgeous and warm and smooth and adorable and all kinds of sexy ♥

So sweet! I like how Gokudera was frustrated about Yamamoto's past sexual experience, yet was able to open up to him about his insecurities. You do a great job of keeping them in character, especially Gokudera.
